Open thread on the Count Me In campaign

We now have 65 comments on the "Proposal for a 'Count Me In' Campaign" thread, so it seems we have enough interest for an open thread on the campaign itself. Post your suggestions here for tactics, opportunities, and other ways of catalyzing the campaign.
