In this video Ella Fitzgerald (forgets?) improvises the lyrics to Mack the Knife, and turns it into a Feminist Celebration. The feminism is deliberate because she introduces the song, as follows: "We'd like to do something for you now. We haven't heard a girl sing it. And since it's so popular, we'd like to try and do it for you." It is a famous performance, but still moves. (For the full lyrics, see here.)
