I like in particular the remark on how people who see themselves as feminists may be even more prey to their own implicit biases (after all, they are the good guys!), in that they may be less willing to acknowledge the grip of such biases. I for one am the first to admit that I need to make a serious effort to counter my own stereotype of a philosopher as a (white) male. It's just a matter of induction, really: that's the wide majority of what I see around me, and from that, my rebellious mind jumps to the conclusion that this is what a philosopher ought to look like (is-ought fallacy, anyone?). We all do this all the time, so a conscious effort must be made to counter this cognitive tendency.
