Wisconsin Senate Republicans drop all pretense that their attack on public sector unions' collective bargaining rights was about the (phony in any case) budget "crisis" and pass their bill. There will be many legal battles as well as fights on the electoral level with the recall campaigns. Will there also be a general strike? It all depends on the struggle between union leaders who favor the electoral level, and the radical members of the rank-and-file:
