This is great stuff. A bit of Situationist street theater, a bit of quick strike flash mob , a bit of hand-held video technology, and a lot of reclaiming public space. The taxpayers bailed out the banks, so we should reclaim bank space as public space.
What's great about this is the way a gathering of people disrupts the atomization on which neoliberalism feeds. Just getting people together in the same space talking to each other is a political act! Just being joyous together, rather than sad alone, is a political act! In other words, it's political affect in flesh and blood.
Plus: "We do not believe history has ended." Take that, Francis Fukuyama!
