In Ontario, an Arts undergraduate pays over $6000 per year in fees. In Québec, she would pay something like $2300. By 2017, the Québec number will rise to something over $4000. The issue is not simple, as we have learned. But is it worth this?—widespread destruction of property by students. (The official student body did not sanction this, but refuses to dissociate itself from it.)
